Return Policy

  • If you need to return an item for a refund request, please contact us at support@fimitif.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Our jewelry comes with a tag. If you need to try them on, please keep the tags intact. Removing the tag means you are satisfied with the product and waive your right to return or exchange it.
  • If the size of your jewelry does not fit, please contact our customer service at support@fimitif.com. We offer a free size exchange service, but it is your responsibility to return the item and pay for shipping.
  • If we send the wrong order or you receive broken or defective enamel jewelry, we will be responsible for the return and refund.
  • To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in good condition and still have the tags attached and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • If the package cannot be delivered because the address you provided is incorrect or incomplete, you will be responsible for the cost of redelivery. If the waybill number shows that the package has been successfully delivered, we will not arrange for redelivery or refund.

Return service process:


  • To initiate a return or exchange for a damaged or defective item, you must include clear pictures of the item and provide a description of the product problem along with a tracking number.
  • We will process the return within 5 business days of receiving your item. Our warehouse staff will verify and explain everything you send us, and we will contact you via email after verification. If you need to return an item, we will provide a return address for you to write on the label or on the outside of the box.
  • Please return the item within 5 business days of us providing you with a return address. Items returned after 5 days will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Refund time:


  • Please note that refunds are beyond our control and it may take up to two weeks for your financial institution to confirm a refund. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method and sent to your PayPal or bank account.

If you have not received your refund:
  • Check your PayPal or bank account carefully.
